Never reached anyone on number given by booking.com. Called for 3 days , googled number online rude, unprofessional female said she cancelled my reservations and modified new dates,on 2/13/24 around 3:30pm said she would send email, never received, called next day asked if I called day before, put me on hold never came back to phone 2/14/24 around 5pm

The gentleman working I think his name is tj never did answer the phone after trying to call 20x so had to Go in person to find nobody at the desk had to ring a bell several times to get him. It's a wonder any rooms gets rented out on his shift.

I stayed there for 3 days and on the 4th day I didn't v have the funds on my card so I had to go put money on my card. The guy working I had to go put the money on ...

When I got to Walgreens to upload money they couldn't scan the barcode on my phone because it's broken so they I called Howard Johnson and let them know what was going on and they said just get it done and bring me the confirmation number. So I finally got the the card and finished paying for it online. Once I was done I took it to the office . After I showed them the receipt they told me to my things and it after i did all that.

So they told me to contact booking.com to get a refund .i did that but I'm not getting a refund back.. I don't understand

I was there at 195 E. Tropicana in Las Vegas I booked a room for Oct 18 to 23.and paid extra for the Oct 23 because my plane was at 11 pm and paid for a late check out and here I find out that they are charging me for dec23 to 24 I'll be in Jamaica that week why would I pay for Dec Howard Johnson said it was my fault I made the mistake think about this I'm in Jamaica that week it's 5hier mistake and they said at office that people make mistakes yea you Fulkerson made the mistake I want a full refund and take off that date of Dec 23 I won't be there and I don't recommend staying here ever again bunch of lying rip offs

I came here because of my animals and to be told that someone complained about my dogs barking and told by management that if it kept up that we would have a problem my thing is if you dont want to be arpund dogs then why would you get a room here not happy

The hotel was sold and we weren’t informed of that.
We showed up and were met by two security officers and told it was sold and converted to a homeless shelter. Howard Johnson customer service weren’t interested in helping at all.

We had to wait 3 hours in the hot sun in the San Joaquin valley for a hotel room that was already paid for customer service said that they would contact us we have to call back four different times it's pathetic and appalling the way we were treated very disappointing

To start when booking we were not told that the pool area was closed.We went out for the day, came back to our ceiling leaking into the hot tub.Went to front desk,was place in another room.The next morning I was in shower and water went completely ice cold.Had to finish shower in freezing water.When my other half was in the shower it started out to be fine when he started yelling for me to come in there.It was scolding hot.He couldnt even get to the handles to cut it off.He was burned by the hot water.He got out and was going to get into the hot tub only to findout that we didn't have a plug so we couldnt use it.I went to front desk to be told no manager to help me with this.They left message for someone to call us.After I complained about how bad our visit had been,she finally said I can move you to another room.Very inconvenient for us.We viewed the room,already frustrated,leaving the next morning I took the plug from that room,just stay where we were .Staff was not sure how to handle it.All they could say was someone should call you soon.No one called us during our stay. It was days later.After the first move we went to front desk with a new person there to see if she had heard from a manager,she informed me she didnt see any notes about the problems.She wrote it down.We had to do research to find a number from google to make the complaint.Some time went by, we spoke to someone who was applogizing for the inconvience and would credit us back.From the start we were first told that he needed to park out on the side street with boat.We found better parking.The worst stay we have had and staff had no idea how to accommodate guest properly because they really didnt seem to care.Staff came off as aggravated because they had to find another room for us.We do travel often and really hated that this happened. I hope this will be addressed.Hope staff gets more training to handle issues in a better manner.
